Front desk staff Andrea and Evette were friendly and helpful! Outside lighting is very dim. Room 225 was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke, bath fan didn't work, no bath towels, and got bit by bed bugs! I showed them the bites. They moved into room 111; it was cleaner and smelled better. Manager not available; waiting to hear from Extended Stay America.

Easy check in. Room was very clean. No problems whatsoever. I extended my stay by 5 days because of it. The area around is very nice. 2 minutes from downtown. Will rent again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay so far but I’m a little disappointed because my refrigerator didn’t work. I asked front desk to move me or fix it and they said they couldn’t so I had to call guest services and complain to get something done about it.

Didn't get any new toiletry/towels on a 2 day stay trip

Dimly lit property, strong cigarette smell, dirty floors, bathroom fan and light not working, and BEDBUGS. I was given a new room the 3rd / last night, but already had 18 bites.
On the bright side, the two clerks Andrea and Evette were very friendly and helpful!
