There was no supplies in our room!

Why did I go to pay for a room and they claim that my card was declined I know it was approved and my money has been stolen. But on top of it was a poor stay

ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES. INFESTED WITH ROACHES. I TOLD THE FRONT DESK I NEEDED A REFUND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT. WHOLE HOTEL SMELLS LIKE URINE.
