Smells like meth and cigarettes makes you want to literally throw up. The rooms were really dirty and roaches crawling everwhere. Just spend the 100 on a better room this is not a good place to stay.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no room cleaning over my 3 night stay. Doors were not sealed well, which led to a cricket and a few small roaches being seen in the room. On the third day I went to get clean bath towels for a shower, and no one was in the office at all. After an hour I went back to the office and was instructed to walk around the property to the laundry room to find towels. There were no towels in there either. The hotel itself smelled bad even though it was a non smoking unit. Overall just one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

It was terrible, the bedroom was dirty, the bed blanket was dirty and the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke, they changed our room but it was the same, we asked them to change the blanket and pillows because they smelled like smoke and were dirty but they said no, so I don't recommend it...

Front desk staff tried to get me to take a smaller room than I paid for because they were completely booked. I wanted two beds since I was with my son. After getting my key, we walked to our room wherein the short walk I saw 2 separate drug deals happening at once. Majority of the parked cars had damage and smashed windows. We walked into our room and it felt dirty. There were pieces missing in the wall and linens were stained. I immediately booked another hotel and got out of there. When I returned the key to the front desk guy he was telling a group of teenagers nearby that they owed him money. I didn’t ask for a refund and just left.

The toilet came unhinged while I was on it and we fell over!

There was 1 toilet paper for 2 days! No coffee or breakfast or hot tub as listed! Place was very dirty! Please pay more instead of staying here! We stayed here because it was closer to event we were attending! Idk how this place is still open

Where do I begin! Our room lock was broke! It states hot tub in listing and there’s no hot tub! States breakfast and they only had granola and they told us at 9am! No coffee! Staff was not professional in any sense! They were dressed like if they just woke up! Crickets and cockroaches in room! There was a dead cricket in my bed! Overall place was dirty! I I would’ve given them a zero! This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at!

Immediately left upon arrival

We did not stay here . We arrived at 6pm and check in time was 3pm after a LONG day at the zoo with small children. Immediately the clerk started telling me I did not have a reservation when I in fact had reserved 2 double rooms and asked they be adjacent - months in advance. He took me to 4 rooms all of which were not ready / dirty and had trash in them. He asked me to come back in an hour and he would have my rooms ready. At that time people started screaming and fighting in the back parking lot (he seemed unfazed) told me there was no discount and I asked what would happen if I did not check in . He advised there would be no charge and we left. There were rules posted and the first one was NO drug dealing . It was not what we expected and I would not recommend
