I’m sorry to say but the beds were so bad. I’m very active at 55 and don’t require a lot of sleep so the quality matters. My back was so sore. And me and my husband had to sleep in separate beds on the edge due to sinking in the hole. I dont understand why hotels do not have beds that are quality. What is the purpose of a Hotel?? To get a great nights sleep!! Secondly aa clean room. This room was so dirty. I wiped up water off floor the towel was black. Thirdly the other stuff. Please clean and have good beds!!

At any point in your entire stay, did you ever think of reaching out to the front desk to inform them about the discomfort? I am sure we could have compensated you and moved rooms so that you could get a good night sleep. Afterall, that is what we are here for! According to my reports, the room that you stayed in was given to other guests after your check out. We have not received any complaints from any of the guests in regard to the bed. The softball fields were directly in the back which was very convenient!
