Soiled towels were left in the room. Chips nicks and marks left everywhere in the walls and flooring. Complimentary breakfast was only until 0900. Only 5-6 Tv channels. However the value was decent!

There wasn’t nothing I like bout the property,the property dirty smell bad bed bugs and bad customer service .The guy was there charged me $20 cash extra to let me get in the room plus He took my deposit money he don’t give it back cuz my kids 2 years old was coming with their mom to see me in the room I need my full refund back thanks Expedia ya need to move this place out of ya app because even on brooking.com they only have bad reviews ,baymont south is the bes hotel clean good customer service but this Fairbridge in Fort Wayne is the worse motel Never been and never again thanks Expedia

you have reservation for 2 people and you have 6 people stay in room is fire marcel violation ,you are in DNR list. dont make your self stupid. any hotel dont allow 1 bad room stay 6 people.

Well let’s say from the first we pulled into the parking lot it was not kept up well. Then I did get there a few hours earlier and nobody at the front desk had to pick up a dirty phone to call for front desk and a very very rude man answered and was very short. I was early told me to come back at check in which was 3. So left and came back at about 2 for check in mind you my room was already charged from my card to find out here I also had to have a security withold of 42.99 and it just didn’t get any better from there. My chip on my card was having troubles too I wasn’t expecting that kind of charge. So after getting that fix he was nasty about giving me the key to my room which was disgusting!!!!!! I took pics of a broken latch to the window which worried us cause we were on the first floor so it would have been easy to slide the window open and get into our room. The window did have 2 latches but ya both busted got pic. Then we checked beds for bedbugs to see they did have an infestation of them but we didn’t see any live ones saw they tried to eliminate the problem. Our sheets had makeup stains and other stains as well it was just gross. The bathroom omg lol the faucet to the sink spewed water and the flooring didn’t even match to connect and right on the front of the toilet was a very very soft spot. Again just dirty got pics. This was just a quick 1 night stay but I wouldn’t stay here ever again and I’m not happy about losing money on this property.

He asked me to cancel my reservation after walking in. He didn't want anyone there looking at the place first.
