I stayed at this hotel due to business the first two nights at this hotel was fine business got delayed got reservation for extra day in the middle of the night we woke up to being bit by bed bugs they were huge feasting the whole room was infected I was in shock we went up to the front desk and we were being gaslighted and they put us in a room that we had previously stayed in that we reserved and checked out of that had not been cleaned for at least 2-3 days while we had stayed there the previous rooms weren't even cleaned the whole time we were there no empathy I documented photos and videos

I booked this property for three rooms there was bed bugs found in the rooms we went to the front desk and they moved us to the room that we had stayed in previously and that room had not been cleaned for 3 days as well I have pictures and video of these bugs in the amount of bites that I have on my body and on my son's body

The property "manager" didnt know her left elbow to her right. Had to wait 20 minutes before they could get me checked in...very unprofessional tbe whole time. The room smelled very musty.. there was also a bug that looked like a baby roach inside the dresser the tv was sitting on. It wasnt worth $100 a night. Sketchy area outside the hotel. The boyfriend/husband of said manager was very sketchy and kept staring at me and my truck.
