Villas Capri #9. Upon arrival noticed bugs in the place. Shower grout, floor, liner disgusting and stained. Dust everywhere. Freezer door handle broken off at the bottom. Spent the first night cleaning the place. Cheapest Stained mattress was provided for our bed, very uncomfortable. Let it go and moved on with our vacation. Upon leaving, the freezer handle mind you that was already broken at the bottom finished breaking when cleaning out to leave. Southern Vacation Rentals has opted to charge us to replace it after explaining the situation and state of the place upon arrival. I would highly recommend not staying here or working with this group for your next rental.

Great property for a couple. It really isn't big enough for more and some features you may expect (an oven and a working ice maker) are not available. In fairness. I didnt let the rental company know about the fridge's ice maker, but i just assumed it was not hooked up. The walking distance and view of the beach were fantastic and the chair service on the beach was unbeatable!
