I loved our stay there. My family had a great experience, staff was exceptionally good and they met our expectations and needs. The river pool area is very nice and clean as the indoor swimming pool too. Being in a walking distance from the beach is priceless and the sunset was amazing. There’s many places nearby to go dinner and also attractions for the entire family.

The swimming pool and bar area are dirty, very dark at night, no light. The hot tube is not hot and it is not clean. Don’t have the coffee area all day and I sent an email to the hotel about my extra charge for the 2-day parking fee, but the hotel got me money back for only 1 day.

Except the pool Not heated and had to Pay to park $15.

By far one of the best experiences I have ever had at a reaort... staff was unbelievably fantastic and management very accommodating. Food was amazing, breakfast buffet 😋 was 5 star! The pool area was just breathtaking and accessible to the beach within seconds.I cannot say enough good things in regards to staff and resort! 10 out of 10.

Easy check in. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. This is our second stay and we would stay there again.
