The property was kind of okay. We just stayed one night on our way to somewhere. The beds were good. And our room was clean. But forget the free breakfast. That was the most disappointing breakfast I ever had. Don’t think we’ll come again.

Clerk at desk barely spoke english, lobby TV out of ordrer, breakfast was horrible operated by clerk from previous night! Room clean, bed comfortable, but everything else below average. Would definitively not come back.

Easy access to and from the inter state along with good price as on a budget to see my father in law.

The room I reserved was never cleaned. They had to put my wife & myself in another room
The reason we booked at the Super 8 was the swimming pool
We had driven 8 hours in 100° temperature and looked forward to having a ice cold drink , swimming and relaxing. None of that happened. The pool was closed and the guy at the front desk said he didn't know why. Another reason for booking at Super 8 was they say their pet friendly. That was another $40 for 2 dogs for 1 night. I didn't know when booking that they charge for pets. There was a threatening sign saying $100.00 fine for not disclosing your pets. Another sign said No Pets in the lobby/breakfast seating area.
After checking in to our room I went to get some ice from the ice machine. There is only one ice machine for 94 rooms. The ice machine was broken. Again I went to the front desk and the guy said the part is on order. I asked what about another ice machine & was told that if I wanted ice , to go across the street & buy some. So my wife and I had to navigate the highway , no pedestrian cross walk and no sidewalks. The speed limit is 50 mph. It's not just across the street. I got a receipt for the ice and talked to the guy at the front desk. I told him it was dangerous to cross the highway and Super 8 should at least buy the ice. He argued with me and told me to talk to the daytime person at the front desk. The guy showed no concern for customer satisfaction or for our safety.
