always clean and quiet, close to downtown, great staff, great stay, as usual

Street appeal was low. First impression coming to the reception was low to moderate. Didn’t see an elevator had to take the stairs to second floor. Hallways were not air conditioned. Room was ok

My first room was dirty then they accommodated me too my second room which was apparently best room in the place number 20 and there was sticky stuff on the floor in that room that I stepped in after I took my shoes off and got comfortable so I didn't complain. Then our last night stay Sunday morning at 5:00 a.m. My boyfriend gets up for work early so it was his early morning cigarette and he closes the door and the battery on the card holder reader starts chirping away all morning and we were told to put the lock thing so the door couldn't close so the beeping would stop on the lock on the door. Well my room wasn't locked from 5:00 a.m. to checkout what is that 6 hours I had to sleep uncomfortably not knowing if somebody was going to come into my room cuz I had no lock on my room. I should honestly be given a refund for at least that night! But the people at the front desk did nothing to help. Yes I got my damage deposit back but I should have gotten at least a refund for that one night considering I was unsafe!

Honestly was a cheap clean hotel. Not much else to say about it.

They charged me for one night stay even though I already paid through Expedia. Went back to get my money and they refunded it to my CC. The next day the refund vanished off my card.
