Posted 16 Feb 2018 on HotelsRooms need upgrades other than bath which was spacious with walkin shower. Loud air control, dirty surfaces, defective TV. Only 5 minutes to airport and cheap as pluses.

Pros: location
Location: many places to eat
staff was very friendly and accomadating, room very clean, room recently renovated, young lady at the front even made me coffee and was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, hotel was close to many restraunts

Location: Plenty of shopping nearby, within 5 minutes of the University of Arkansas Fort Smith campus as well as Medical facilities.
Motel had recently changed hands and went from a Motel6 to a Rodeway Inn. Was informed that a remodel was in place by another hotel and that they were under the impression that the room I was placed in had been closed until remodel was complete. Carpet was stained and had cigarette burns all over it. Turn on the heat and it stunk up the room in less then 5 minutes where you couldn't breathe. No Wi-Fi as listed but upon check out they had a sign at the front desk apologizing for the inconvenience. Will not return, nor will I recommend it to anyone else even with such an affordable rate.

Located by a few restaurants and fast food places so coffee was close by
And its not a Motel 6 anymore

Pros: Price, clean bathroom
Cons: Clean the carpet
The bathroom and bedding were clean and the AC worked well but the carpet badly needed cleaning.
