There were coffee cup rings on countertop and sink had not been cleaned.

The room was great, clean, comfy and quiet. What I'm not happy with is that I chose this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was bone dry and had dirt or dead flies in it so it hadn't been functional for some time. NOT happy that the hotel or Expedia allows the hotel to list amenities they don't have.

Didn’t get the room that I booked through Expedia.
Had to wait 10-15 minutes before anybody came to the service desk at check in.

We booked and were charged for a king suite and got a double queen. No phone number to reach you and your virtual agent hasn’t responded back! I was very much overcharged!!!!
