The rooms haven't been updated since the 70's. Floors cant be cleaned no matter how the mop them, baseboards have 49 yrs of crud. AC did not work very well. We paid for ocean view, but were pla ced on 2nd fl. Can't see the ocean from that floor.However with that being said. Staff was so friendly and easy to work with. Beds were clean and very comfortable.

We appreciate your feedback. We actually completely emptied each room in 2023, and replaced all the baseboards in every room with 8inch high 3/4 inch thick baseboards, repainted every room and ceiling, replaced all the wall plugs, lighting, ceiling fans and also the HVACs in every room. Broken glass bottle in driveway
Balcony was nice but you can barely see the beach
Loys of bars and was nice pier and beach
Everything within walking distance

It looks like your stay was during Hurricane Milton which affected your vacay, While we can not control the weather, we are happy that all our guests from the west coast safely made it to our hotel on the east coast & avoided the severity of the storm. We were lucky to have zero damage are happy we were able to accommodate our guests.

This property is disgusting the room & sheets wasn’t clean bed was extremely uncomfortable They raised the prices & of course unexpectedly everything is a fee with a very unclean stay…. Now the atmosphere around the property was convenient nice view of the sea food drinks etc…. Horrible place for a vacation
