I loved staying here. The staff has very helpful too. We would love to go back here again.

Went to lobby at 2:00 am, went outside and n the morning and there was someone laying on one of the benches in front of the building crashed out. Inside clerk had loud MTV type music with cartoons on all the lobby televisions. Door was not locked at night was not necessary to show key card. At check-in the manager checked me in she knew I had pets she did not discuss any method of cleaning the room she did not say there was a limit on pets this was not discussed at all other than the fact that I had pets and was charged $125.After the 4th night I was out early to medicalappointments, had do not disturb and pet sign on door. Housekeeping entered the room without discussing with me.I get a call from an obvious Latina woman raving that the room was filthy that I had pets that were not caged. No one had discussed policy for pets or hskping routine, they just went in.impossible to clean the room I attempted to explain to the person that I was out and driving and was unable to speak at that time she continued rating me and again told her I could not talk. I was told to contact the front desk when I got back. I did so later that evening and the clerk could find no message or any instructions about what the problem was. I did not pursue it any further. When I went to check out there was a $250 extra fee on top of the $125 fee I had already paid for pets when I went back and
