The room was clean, great riverview. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Staff not at the front desk for more than 20 minutes. Called the number on the notice at the front desk with no answer. Called several times.
If an employee of mine used that kind of language within ear shot of my customers, that employee would have been fired on the spot.
You can do better than this!

We enjoyed our stay at Kingsley. It was very quaint and quite different than the chain hotels we normally frequent. We would definitely stay here again

Our stay was was what we needed for the events we had to attend. The trains were the biggest issue. Did not get much sleep. Also no communication when the breakfast would be available. We are early risers and opening at 7 was too late for us we went to a eating place west of town. The one closest to us did not look like an inviting place to eat, We walked along the River which is nice.

This quirky Victorian style property is a great place to stay. As a solo traveller I felt safe & staff were attentive. The continental breakfast was good with a wide selection of self service items on offer. You do need to be aware that the trains ‘toot’ as they go past and some are quite long but the hotel does supply ear plugs & using them I wasn’t bothered by the noise. All in all more of an old fashioned, individual stay rather than a corporate experience. I loved it!

Very nice old hotel with great staff and fantastic weather. The hotel had a great bar and staff. Nice view of the river and trains. Walkable to the train station,New Marina, Swed Coffee shop & others. When I say trains I mean trains. A train lovers dream for the activity. The swing bridge over the Mississippi is very cool.

What a delightful stay! The hotel is beautifully appointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved being near the river and train depot. I’ll stay here again.
