I booked a 2 queen bed handicapped accessible room. When I checked in, the only handicapped room they had was a single king bed room. That's just not acceptable. Also, The bed is far too high to be considered handicapped accessible. Then I found hair on the pillows. If I was not helping out my handicapped mother for an unexpected trip for a funeral, a normal double queen room probably would have been fine. The staff was nice and actually checked the bathroom handicap access in different rooms, but did not have a 2 bed accessible room. Since it was non refundable I had to choose the single king accessible room. This is an issue with Expedia and not necessarily the hotel.

I am so sorry we were not able to accommodate that room type. Unfortunately, our ADA rooms are all single king rooms.

breakfast was good. rooms were not real clean. Way too expensive for quality.
