BAIT AND SWITCH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This was a terrible stay and I won’t be returning. First, WiFi did not work and management didn’t care. Next, the dishwasher that was promised did not exist and the dishes were dirty. (I had to clean by hand the dishes of the prior guest). Then the smoke alarm began to make a high pitched beep and management said they’d take care of it in the morning. Yet the beep was incessant and very disruptive! Finally, I was injured from the hotel’s negligence which I won’t detail here.

MJ was the best! Super helpful from start to finish. The property wasn’t too busy which was nice because we got to enjoy the rooftop pool all to ourselves. This property has spacious clean rooms and is in walking distance to multiple restaurants with a 24/7 711 right next door for any immediate needs. Property itself was great. I may give them another chance to redeem themselves but the communication practices must be improved upon tremendously. The major issue I had was the last night/morning of my stay fire alarms were blaring at 3AM. The fire dept wasn't very communicative with the folks at the property and no property manager made efforts to notify occupants of the status. Myself and others had to place multiple calls and texts only to get a reply after a partial update from the fire department. Texts blasts were sent to occupants for several other reasons during my stay and the fire alarm that was triggered by some malfunction with one of the elevators should have been a reason to keep everyone informed instead we had to step out on the balconies and figure things out for ourselves. Two minor issues- someone was parked in my assigned space because someone else parked in that persons space. The person in my space reached someone via the emergency number when I called and texted the number I NEVER received a response. Additionally, texts blasts were sent regarding wrist bands to watch the fireworks from the rooftop, I received a slow, incomplete response regarding obtaining a wristband and was unable to catch someone in the office to take advantage of the offering.
