Do not stay here

The staff starting with the valet right up to the manager were rude and disrespectful. They increased the daily parking amount when we checked in. Again, Everyone from the valet right up the Manager are rude. I will never stay there again and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone.

Property, it-self is OK. However, management is terrible. It is a small MiamiDreamsRentals company. Our apartment wasn't cleaned at 11 AM. Manager cleaned it himself at midnight. He tried to remove sands from glass kitchen table with a floor map. I paid the additional resort fees >$500. Also after one week after check out they had not returned $500 security deposit. It means add $1000 to price what you see on Expedia.

Condiciones pésimas en la piscina

Fue una mala experiencia la habitación no estaba mala pero las áreas aledañas eran pésimas la piscina parecía que eras un fugitivo mucha vigilancia en cima de las personas los niños no podían ni tener un juguete ni jugar en la piscina ni en los alrededores me sentí muy mal y mi familia también

Muy mala experiencia. El check in fue muy problemático, se aprovechó SEDI de cobrar un adicional de 44 dólares que no correspondía, puesto que el check in fue realizado antes de las 9:30 pm.
