Good news: the property is on the beach. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice.
Bad news: the room looked right out of the 1970’s. The bar was not open on either evening I was there.

It was nice and quiet. The room was clean. I would for sure stay again when I need a staycation so I can really enjoy it. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the beach and nice restaurants.

This property is in a good location in Lauderdale by the Seas which is on the beach and walkable to Commercial Blvd where there is activity. The resort is quiet since it is an adults only facility.
While housekeeping did a good job in making the beds, cleaning up the bathroom and providing toiletries, the floors were not swept daily where you felt the grit on the bottom of your feet.
Beach lounge chairs, though available, were quoted as $10 daily. I would suggest you keep track of any additional expenses that you may not expect.
Other than this I would rate this facility a 4 out of 5.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel on the ocean. The staff are focused on service excellence, and it feels like a family. Great location too!
