There were roaches on the walls when we got there. We turned around and walked out. It was disgusting.

The room was terrible, smelled like mold, broken tiles in the bathroom, no water pressure, bed sheets had cigarette burns. Only one towel in the bathroom. The list can go on and on. Worst of everything.

Walking into the Hotel it's presentation was good. Once checked in as you head into the hallway (any of them, I checked)a musky wet carpet smell mixed with a gentle touch of febreze begins to overtake your sense of smell little by little.... Walk into your room and the odor intensifies even further, as a bonus you may find a couple of burn marks in your bed sheets possibly from a smoker?. Staff was friendly, and the location is excellent too but that's about it.

This was not as advertised, the pool was closed, the bathroom was in a poor state, very noisy sitcom that was ineffective. Curtains hanging off the track, cigarette burns in the blanket. We didn’t stay for the full length of our booking due to the poor condition.

Property overwhelmingly smelled of cigarettes and filth, both in the room and in the facility. The blanket on the bed had cigarette burns. The carpet appears to have never been cleaned. Difficult to breathe and stay in these conditions
