I feel robbed because I had to pay for a hotel stay that I never reserved. It was due to someone else’s mistake and a lack of understanding from others. Even though I offered to reschedule the reservation for another day, they refused to accommodate me.”
I am so frustrated and I see this so unfair.

Hello. We apologize for the inconvenience. Reservations that are non refundable pre-paid have a no cancellation policy. The hotel cannot cancel any reservation, since expedia was the vendor you used to book the room.
