Don’t plan on the shuttle. We called. Five times over 45 minutes. It was impossible to understand the person on the other end but we finally figured out where we were supposed to wait for the shuttle. One finally showed up, took us to the wrong Hyatt Place, tried to charge us $50 to go to the right one and gave us attitude when we said no. Then we paid $30 for an uber anyways. Could’ve saved ourselves an hour if we had just taken an Uber in the first place.

Check-in was slow since the staffer had to serve at the bar/restaurant and work the desk.
The elevator and room beat up. The phone near the bed is gross with grime.

The one negative is that you can hear the traffic from the interstate, but the room itself was large and clean and there were a ton of eating establishments and stores within walking distance. And it was close to the airport.

We were happy with the room. The food was below par. Nothing tasted fresh or well made. I would've been pleased more if the food in the hotel was made better.
