I was taken back to find out that the hotel is a no smoking facility. I was charged $10 more through Expedia because I wanted a non-smoking room. The one thing that really troubled me was the odor in the room when I got there. I considered it maybe because it being an and older Hotel. Come to find out I was placed on the floor what animals are housed. That I was upset about because I have allergies and I'm not a pet lover. The hotel should specify to the customer at check-in a preference over a pet or no pet sleeping rooms. I actually got some kind of deodorizer to spray the room. I stayed in the room with the closet door ajar to avoid my clothes being affected. Lastly the desk agent at checkout (5:25a in 11/17/'24) needed an attitude adjustment. Customers deserve more after spending 4 days and 3 nights anywhere.

Unfortunately the only thing was the sofa bed mattress. If i was there more nights i would have definitely said something but it was late when we went to sleep. Horrible night sleep

Inside of the property always smell fresh and clean. Love the scent. Beds are comfortable.

Hotel definitely needs the long awaited renovation. Mold in the room
