Very friendly employees here, nice rooms, convenient location, the shuttle drivers are right there when you call !!! The only thing i didnt like was the price to shuttle you to port...i think 15 per person is alittle steep then you gotta pay the same anount for them to pick you up after cruise an bring you back to hotel. Other than that, its been great !! Would recommend to everyone.

Transportation to port and to and from airport was a big plus this hotel offers

Downside was the elevator button to go on 5th floor was not working during my stay. I ask for a room close to elevator because of the inability to walk so far and carry the items I plan to purchase and carry to my room instead of leaving in car. But the agent books my room right to the elevator on 5th floor that did not go up there. So two days straight I had to walk from the one down the hall dragging my items ☹️☹️☹️they fix it on the last day I was checking out but I still love this hotel.
