Send us to wrong room first, then new room only one towel for 4 persons. Could not get to the room before 4.30 pm. Poor communication on when it would be available. Staff not very helpful, sending us several times up and down until we had a room

Reception staff busy speaking to each other and ignoring new guests.
Very unwelcoming.

Very nice hotel and conveniently located by the cruise port. Will stay there again when traveling to Ft. Lauderdale for another cruise vacation.
