When we arrived the check in was ok although I was told I would get my refund back and didn’t. The toilet had POOP ON IT ANTS WERE ON THE DRESSER. I was very disappointed I complained but got tired of calling. The renovations started early mornings so you couldn’t sleep.

Terrible place to stay at. They have construction going on that starts at 9 am and it’s very noisy. Towels are having some hair on them.

Alot of stuff included. A free shuttle to the pier. Free breakfast. Happy hour from 5 to 630 with free snacks and drinks! It is right on the beach. It was great! I will be returning

Hotel garage can not take our car. No windows on the river

We booked our stay and was not told it was under construction. It was noisy all day, so couldn’t rest. I asked to move rooms and told I would have to pay for an uograde…??!! Charged a daily “resort fee”??? This is not a resort. A hotel under construction with a pool is not a resort! Breakfast had limited items and same every morning. One person making omelette and long line….
