Hotel doesn’t have fully functional generator!! The hotel was gorgeous - modern, well decorated. Unfortunately I had a bad experience when I stayed here while traveling to celebrate my birthday. Long story short I was extremely disappointed in the service at the rooftop restaurant G7 first, but it got worse. After leaving to eat elsewhere and returning to the hotel to no air conditioning on and the main door open I was very confused. In the halls leading to my room there was loud beeping which I thought was a fire alarm but another guest advised it was because the power was off. So the elevators and hall lights worked but got to my room to no lights and AC, along with horrible beeping for hours. The next day at checkout when I brought it up they advised it was only an hour, which wasn’t only untrue but also was no excuse. The agent also added that McDonald’s nearby experienced issues with power as this impacted the whole area. No excuse for a hotel at this price, it gave the feeling of a low cost motel despite how pretty and exciting the property was, I left disappointed and shocked really

Valet service drivers were very friendly and helpful. Arrived at approximately noon and was told that if we wanted early check-in it would be another $50. Maid service did not always come to clean up the room when requested and, in fact, found our room door ajar after coming back to the room one day with no housekeeping staff in sight. Had a very loud party on the roof of the hotel the night of our arrival that went on well past 11 pm and had to call the front desk to please ask them to turn the music down. Shower door leaked after every use creating a large puddle of water on a slick marble floor. Feel this hotel is over-rated for the money

booked with Expedia, hotel room with Guitar view. Arrived at Dolce by the Windham, got another room. No guitar view. All proof of Expedia is present, but the employee in the lobby Vakiya continues to be very annoying and very customer unfriendly saying that it is not in their system. that such a person "Vakiya" treats customers like this. Really worthless. a day later the hotel says there was no room because it was sold out. Deeply sad. they are scammers.
