The place is very nice! The grounds are beautiful, the cottage I stayed in (queen studio) was clean, well maintained and had a lot of homey touches. Elaine is an amazing hostess! She is very helpful, friendly and creative. Each cottage has its own parking space. The beach is a two block walk and Elaine provides supplies to spend a day at the beach. I wish I had been there for a vacation so I could have taken advantage of all that was offered. There is construction going on as the area is growing fast, but you don’t hear any of it. If I visit area again I’d definitely stay there again.

Thanks so much for staying with us, and taking the time to write such a lovely review. It is our goal to provide you and all of our guests with a comfortable, safe and memorable stay. Yes, the area is certainly growing due to our spectacular new oceanfront park promenade and iconic new restaurants and fishing pier. Just a half mile south of us, Ritz Carlton Residences and also Waldorf Astoria Residences are being built. These developers have discovered our “gem” of a beach town, but no one can beat the location of our cottages on a quiet street near the center of all of the activities. You will definitely have to come again when you have the time to relax and vacation.

A great little find!

My wife's first comment when we stepped inside was, 'What a great little find!"
While the interiors are obviously a bit dated (which really only adds to their charm) they are impeccably clean and the tropical landscaping is beautifully maintained.
Communication from the owner, Elaine, was wonderful. Timely, complete and very personal.
Elaine, Chrysie (housekeeping) and Jaime (maintenance) were so helpful, very friendly and genuinely made us feel that our satisfaction was their only priority.
Very highly recommended.

Beautiful place to relax, and to have dinner on the porch.
The Cottages exude calmness and harmony. The staff were excellent, the kitchen had everything one need to cook a nice meal. The AC, TV, Wi-FI worked very well. Comfortable beds. Beach is just 5 min away, and Walgreens , Publix and restaurants are in walking distance.

Dear Guest, perhaps your 1-star selection is a mistake, because you have written nothing here and we almost always get five star reviews. We recall from your stay in December that you were very happy with everything about your 1/1 cottage. My staff and I regularly check with our guests to see how their stay is going, and we always ask if there is anything we can do for them. It is our goal to ensure our guests have a comfortable, safe and peaceful stay.

Very nice cottage, with a kitchen. Pots, pans, plates, knives, silverware all in sufficient quantities. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Rusty Hook restaurant is about 3 blocks away, excellent food there. Two blocks from a great dive shop (South Florida Diving HQ).

Feels like your own cottage by the sea!
Posted 23 May 2023 on HotelsLovely property, our 1-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and very quiet - it felt like we were staying with a family member. Welcome instructions were very clear and comprehensive. Anything you could possibly need comes with the apartment (with the exception of coffee, which we should have thought to bring ourselves). Had a great time!
