Friendly staff, prompt shuttle from airport which was complimentary. Used an Uber to cruise ship terminal which was much more cost effective than the transportation suggested by the hotel. Walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The Fish Grill was amazing and seemed popular. Definitely would stay at the hotel again.

Hotel was clean, the rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and the cruise port, but not in the nicest area of town, nowhere near the water and no views. The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly even when really busy.
