This room was an AirB&B. So, what wa provided by facility and owner of room was a little in clear. However, room and roof top pool and bar were great. Would stay again

Todo muy bien, de acuerdo a lo ofrecido. Muy limpio y con una muy buena piscina con un buen rooftop. La playa excelente, el departamento está a solo pasos. Muy recomendable para familias. Solo un par de detalles: solo habían dos vasos, la ducha requiere un ajuste en la manija y sería ideal si incluyeran una sombrilla y sillas de playa.

The unit is very good, excellent cleanliness and attention from the person in charge of said unit, called Javier, and from the hotel staff in general. The only drawback of the reservation is the amount of money fees of all kinds. The total sum at the end does not coincide with the total sum at the beginning of the reservation, it varies a lot... otherwise very good in general. Good Job.

I took my nephew to Florida for a quick weekend for his birthday and stayed here for 2 nights. So lets start with the FEES! When I booked on Expedia it was one price & then I received a text with all the extra fees. WOW. If I had known I would have NEVER booked. Also fees are incorrect, they forgot to mention when you get to the hotel there's a "greeting fee" on top of a resort fee per day & registration fee (Which was actually more than what they listed) What? Isn't that the receptionists job? To greet people and "register" them? Also all fees didn't include tax. I had to pay for late check IN, which I have never heard of tax. I paid for late check out tax which I understood because that's normal. There's a huge deposit for your stay but if you pay with a credit card there’s an extra fee which I did because I don't just hand cash over especially once you complain they don't call you back. Our flight got delayed on the way there about 7 times and ended up finally getting to the hotel at about 4am. I had let Javier know while I was at the airport how delayed our flight kept getting and he said no problem. I go to check in and not only getting hit with those extra fees, they said the company, Miami Dreams Rentals, never emailed them saying I had late check in which I paid for!! I had to call Javier at 4am and give the phone to the front desk man so they can talk it out. At this point I'm furious & we are so tired just wanted to sleep. (Continues on google reviews)

All the fees are located in the reservation. We help the guest at all the time and we sorry about your fly delay. The frond desk was not able to find the reservation because they do no check the email, we send the reservation the same day at 2pm. We have no idea who is Miami Dreams Rentals, this is CH DELUXE APART. We hope you coming back soon.

Beautiful building,views,jacuzzi and pool

I spoke with Nicole and i texted her and just to be clear this is what i owe? When i went to check in it was more money. I had to go to a check cashing place in Pembroke pines just so i can eat and enjoy my birthday. When i asked for assistance to get there a young man in the lobby helped me and pointed me in the right direction. I took the bus because of the extra expenses it took me all night then i started taking the bus back the bus i needed to take back stop running. I walked 3 hours until i stayed at the bus stop bench until 0530 am when the first bus came and after taking three different buses to get to my room the next day. The first day when i went to my room there were dirty towels in the bathroom and the bed was not made. When i asked for one roll of toilet paper the person at the lobby said call the owner we don't provide TP. I had to buy my own.

Place was very nice and worth staying at again. The company that owns it not so good. Had a lot of issues right before the trip.
