Old but clean and in good repair and had local character. Nice cooperative staff that made arrangements for my late checkin. The only downside was the air conditioning was quite loud so it was hard to sleep.

Very clean. Great value. Nice pool. Well looked after. Nice friendly staff. As advertised. 500 feet from the ocean and a short walk to the intercoastal. Two blocks from downtown with super cafés, restaurants bars, etc. etc. Happy hour. Loved it!

From the moment you arrive you realize that this is a business that really cares. With updated rooms and staff that are so friendly and helpful. Easy parking and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. This is somewhere I will recommend to all future friends and family staying in town.

The rooms shown on Expedia are renovated. I stayed in unit 114 which was a bit outdated. The AC Units were loud and the hot water takes FOREVER to come on. Overall cleanliness was fine. Walking distance to beach and Walgreens and restaurants. The pool was decent. Overall 2 star hotel, you are paying more for location but there are plenty of air bnbs that are of better quality for your money.
