The front desk staff were really great!
*The room we were in (1636) was incredibly confusing with the signage; please review as they make no sense coming out of the elevators! How is this acceptable for management?
*The bed in our room was actually broken! The mattress is completely unfit! How is this acceptable to management?
*The bath towels that were given were rags that was ripped!
This was our second time, first experience was great but was in a suite on the 5th floor with 2 balconies. This second room felt like a different hotel all together but with the same premium!
I will not return

I love this hotel. It was my first time really enjoyed it and the rooms are great and great view. Awesome team thank you
