Very good area and nice unit with all the works including washer and dryer. Rocket stay was attentive and took care of any issues right away. Definitely recommend this place.

This was a great stay, within walkable distance to many accommodations and great views of the New River area. Would love to book and stay again!

I rented this property on 8/16-18. I was waiting for my apartment to be available for my move in date the on Aug 20th. Plus it was my son birthday weekend. I got to the property and the bathroom had mole on the walls. The shower curtain was pink. The apartment had a smell to it. I figured since I am here I might as well stay. I went to pick my son up from school came back no lights. Called the number that text me no help. At that moment I told them I don’t wanna stay here I would poke my $250 hold back so I can’t get someplace else. I was told they have to speak to the team and they would get back to me that was at 3pm. No one got back to me so I knew then I would have to stay at least the night. I ran to family dollar and target to get supplies to at lease clean the apartment so we can feel a little comfortable. I spent 50 dollars at family dollar and $42 at target. The apartment still felt dirty and no matter how I cleaned and the smell was not going away. I called them to get the status of my refund and got the team is working on getting you another room that didn’t happen until after 2 the next day and that apartment was also like the one I was currently in. I took pictures and sent it to them by email. And told him I won’t be staying in this apartment either to please give me back the $250 hold so I can find a new place. I kept being told it takes 7-10 business days and the cleaner has to come check there is no damage before the process can even start.
