Check in clerk was not welcoming or inviting. It was obvious she didn’t want to be working that day! She should have stayed home and called in sick, instead of going to work.

The decor of the hotel was good and the front desk was excellent . The property condition was good and parking was easy but the valet charges of $50 per night was expensive.(expected during the holidays ) The only thing, bad was the Bar. The Lady at the bar was completely disinterested in working .She had a couple of friends she was talking to and it appeared that she was doing us a favor by making drinks for us . Also the cocktail drinks she made for us were very much underpar. Otherwise the hotel ambience was great .

Great property!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spot to stay in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Our first bump in the road was checking in. Checking in late will trigger a cancellation with Expedia but the receptionist was able to re-enstate our room. A necklace was stolen from my room and when I called the manager he accused me of cussing his staff and made little to no effect in helping retrieve it. Other then that the property it’s self is great. As a vegetarian it is not work buying the breakfast buffet package because all we could eat was bland potatoes and fruit.
