"I just returned from our short visit I was quite impressed the staff (Ryan) and others were wonderful. We absolutly loved the location .I went there for my birthday and flew in from Ohio I highly recommend. Jeanne Heidenreich"

"Felt like I was living in luxury for a few days 😎 The lobby itself is amazing- during the day there’s always a little band playing tropical music, iguanas walking around, plenty of pools, tons of food options. The boardwalk was a lot of fun! You get 1 hour of free bike rides a day from the hotel which was great, convenient store close by. Two complimentary water bottles put in your room every day. Two beach chairs w an umbrella (first come first serve). It was great! My complaints- none of the balconies had chairs or anything on them.. only the beach front ones. So I sat on the floor out there a bunch lol The pool side bar closed before the sun even went down and the pool areas shut down the second it gets slightly dark out :( I love night swimming so that was disappointing. Last, the room service stops in the evening/night which is really the only time I would have wanted to use it. Small complaints in the grand scheme of things. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice this year and I’ve had no issues or concerns. The shuttle runs 24/7 and was able to get to and from airport with no issues. Staff was friendly first stay and recommended the seafood restaurant nearby as we waited to get into our room. I appreciate being allowed into my room early due to early flight. One particular staff member was less friendly this second stay but did her job nonetheless. Also discovered the gym this stay, great amenities and snack options will definitely return when in area"
