We never completed checkin. The photos are not of the current property. They one had one room in any condition to be used, and it was not comparable to the photos listed. The manager was new, and helpful, and did issue a refund.

Motel looked abandoned. No signage on road. No on-site check-in. Had to call a rude out-of-state person for check in procedure. This motel is not in Fort Kent, it's in Saint John Parish. Housekeeping was very good. Bed was like a prison cot. My back is still sore. Busted stairs so you have to walk up a grassy slope. Pictures show what this place really looks like.

Very run down. No staff onsite, manager on phone was friendly. Lives out of state but informed us there was a maintenance staff who lived in the area if anything was needed. The pictures and descriptions don’t match the site. Cleanliness of our room was good but overall condition of buildings looked abandoned upon arrival. Good if your looking for a cheap place to stay. 15 minutes outside of downtown but not a bad drive.

Cheap but disappointing

Couldn’t get the TV to work as we did not Roku or Paramount accounts. The bed was old and uncomfortable, there were stains in carpet, the light had a frayed end and the water smelled like sulfur so not shower for us. No one on site to talk with

The rooms were fine but there was no signage so you couldn’t find the place. Then when we got there no one was in the office, just a number on the door to call. We had to wait for someone to give us a code to our room. When we left no one was there so we left the key. I’ll check my credit card to see what goes on.

No management to let us in our room. Rooms dirty with bugs. Completely horrible.

Absolutely Horrible Experience.

This hotel needs to be removed from the list. There wasn’t anybody there. We had to call to get a lock box combination to get our room key. The room smelled like cat pee. Shower curtain laying in the shower. Needed to be vacuumed. No pillow case on one of the pillows. We tried making reservations somewhere else but they were booked for our first night so we went to the dollar store and bought towels, pillows, frebreeze spray and PJs to make it happy for one night. I have have strange markings on my leg now…bed bugs? No trash bags so that explains why there was trash outside. I sat outside on my tailgate to watch TV because it was so bad. One lady was upset with me until I told her that I didn’t work there. Another lady never got into her room because the combination wouldn’t work so she slept in her car outside our window for security. She had the better deal. This was an absolutely horrible experience that I feel sorry toward my wife that I subjected her to this experience. This was bad
