We told conner, at the front desk, and without hesitation he apologized for the inconvenience and got us a different room, immediately! He was so kind and helpful! Even asked if i would check the new room before moving to ensure everything was good there. As soon as we moved rooms, the maintenance guy went in our original room to start working on the issue.
