Our shower drain was completely clogged and would not drain at all. Also the water in the bathroom was cold and did not ever get warm. I called for help and the service person was very polite. He did fix the clogged drain in the shower, but the hot water issue could not immediately be fixed. We had very cold showers.

I loved the courtyard in the middle and how inviting it looked from our 1st floor back window. Definitely will be staying here again the next time we are in Fort Collins. The front desk was friendly and hospitable as well.
