On Harmony road you are close to many chain restaurants with some local fare mixed in, shopping and banking. The staff was courteous and quick to appear at the desk both at check in and check out. Overall the building is due for a spruce. Errant paint chips, small water stains, peeling wallpaper corners, lumpy sunken sofa, Keuirg wouldn’t close to actually brew coffee, you get the idea. The bedding was clean and I got the heat adjusted to sleep well. I hope the lizard previously occupying the room has found a homey terrarium (set at 79, constant fan).
The blackout blind was very effective and having separate sleeping and living space is nice, especially for a longer stay. The dimmer lights were a nice bonus to enjoy reading/tv.

I stayed here when it first opened and at the time it was modern; however, after several years, the room amenities need to be updated. Specifically, USB ports should be added to accommodate today's devices. The hardwood stain on the room partition is in need of care. I found the staining to be chipped and faded.
Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Has a lot of amenities and is a nice safe place to stay when visit Fort Collins!
