Spa pool not available due to COVID-19! Shouldn’t be on listing if can’t access.
Small room, great heater, needs a refresh

We do not have a spa pool and it is not listed. Outdoor hot tub is out of order and we can not get it to fix. We do have full spa services by appointment only and do not come with room rate. We will work more on the room to air out even if we air out every day.

This place smells terrible, its super dirty and is completely run down. My feet were black after walking barefoot and I think I got some lung infection from staying there. I want my money back.

We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. We checked the room and we did not smell anything that would cause lung infection. You booked a spa room. We even opened for you 1 night cal-king room with a new mattress so you can switch to the less expensive room. It was for 2 nights minimum stay for Holiday weekend. You were happy with the room when you checked-in. Rooms are wood floor and moped. If you walk in with shoes it will make the floor dirty which most everyone does or barefoot in and out which also dirty the floor.

Requested queen bed, no stairs. Not available so upgraded to king bed no stairs. Only complaint is that the a/c/ventilation is ancient and the room always seemed muggy & warmer than I wanted. Being limited mobility was thrilled to have a walk in shower w built in shower seat!!
