No room available when we arrived!
Posted 28 Jul 2018 on HotelsWe can't really rate this hotel fairly as when we arrived they said they hadn't received the booking from hotels.com! It was a night we had redeemed one of our reward nights and paid extra for. We were given a room down the road in the house that one of the staff lives in which was hastily cleaned for us! Ok but not what we had paid for. We did use the pool and had breakfast at the hotel. Initial problems with the internet were finally sorted due to my insistence. Whose error was this?

Posted 8 Sep 2019 on HotelsDemeure bien située à côté du casino de Forges les Eaux ; on peut profiter de la piscine chauffée et du jacuzzi c'est très appréciable ;belle terrasse,possibilité de se restaurer sur place.

Beaucoup de charme pour cette grande maison où nous nous sentons comme chez des nous. Bien située dans un endroit calme, propice à la détente. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et de qualités.
