My blinds fell down on me and I had to track the desk person to tell him and then he was blaming me and saying they were remote. Im not stupid, they had a chain on them. Then he said he would send somebody at 11pm and they never showed up. So here we are no blinds for privacy. Not happy about that. Also the room has a short in it. I told the desk rep all about it. I hope the blunds get fixed. And don’t hurt anyone.

The breakfast was so great! Serve turkey sausage instead of pork! Love that option! Clean and nice too.

Everything was great. The only minor things was the sink didn't drain well and the air gave us a problem at night

Our reservation for 2 queen beds was not honored. We had 4 people in the room and 2 were forced to sleep on the floor. In addition we were upcharged for having a king bed!! NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Dear Mr. Webb due to being overbooked and the Microsoft outage our queen rooms were sold out. We tried our best to accommodate you as best we could. I also refunded the overcharge on the 20th.

It was way back in a cluster of hotels and didn't really give the reputation of a good hotel
