"Hotel is clean and comfortable! My kids love the big tub that can enjoy hot springs in room. It locates in mid level so it’s quiet at night. It is around 30 mins away from the airport, but only taxi can reach there, no other public transport available. If you want to go to night market, the closest one is ChongLi 中壢night market, which takes around 20 mins by car. All the hotel staff are very helpful. It is a very enjoyable stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel and rooms are very clean, and they provide slippers for the room too. I recommend the garden view, it was so stunning and serene. "There were other guests (I’m assuming) that were drinking and smoking right in front of the left side entry door. They were trying to get us to interact with them but you could tell they were intoxicated. I was really surprised the staff had not moved them or asked them to leave. I’m sure this was a one off mistake as the rest of the hotel was amazing, clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was easy sort out and the driver knew how to quickly and safely navigate the craziness of the Taoyuan airport. I will definitely stay there when I pass through again. "

"Had a great stay!!!! The rooms are quite and super clean, staff are helpful and very friendly; in addition, transport are super convenient, the metro station are just 2 min walk from the hotel. The suburb does not have many tourists, there lives locals, the streets behind the hotel are residential areas and have great breakfast shops, convenient stores, etc, a great experience to see some local lifes. Overall the hotel is an excellent choice to stay!!"

"We had a superb experience staying at The Grand Hotel in Taipei. Among hotels of similar level, this one stands out for its thoughtful service and attention to detail. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from the front desk and concierge to the transportation team, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and luggage attendants. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. What impressed us most was how comprehensive the services were. The hotel helped us arrange taxis, airport shuttles, and even a private driver for a day trip outside of Taipei, which was the highlight of our stay. They also offer on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is true to its name — grand in design, well-maintained, and very clean. There's a real sense of history and elegance throughout the property. For the level of comfort and service provided, we felt the price was more than fair. It was excellent value for the experience we had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay in Taipei. "

"The location is perfect, just few mins from Metro station and have lots of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The service is excellent. Our check in process was quick and efficient. Rafa at the Lobby was super nice, makes us feel like home. The breakfast provided was very nice too with great varierty. My aunt was very impressed. Highly recommended to everyone."
