When confirming my reservation, I was told there was no couch in the rooms with 2 beds. The person working at the desk told me they could put a cot in the room. I said great. When checking out, $75 was added to my bill for the cot. I told them no one told me that there was a charge for the cot. The worker said he had already charged my credit card for the $75 and nothing could be done. I will never stay there again!!

Apologies for inconvenience Mr don . We don’t have couch in two bed room . Before I charge explain that it’s 25 per day so for 3 day it’s 75 . It’s every hotel charge for extra bed . Soory again if you was not aware of that

It was so odd to charge for a breakfast when most places offer a free breakfast,

The room was clean for the most part.But the TV or microwave didn't work in our room

It very sad that tv didn’t work but we checked today to figure out why it didn’t work it was simply input change issues but we fixed it . And microwave was unplugged so it was working fine but next time we make sure everything up to mark when you will come . Thanks again

The rooms are in poor condition. The rooms were not clean in general. The rooms also had matinence issues(broken shower control and broken outlets). I also observed a roach in the room.

Apologies for inconvenience and uncomfort . Suer we talk about with our housekeeper about the room. If you had come immediately in the office we changed the room same time . Also we check all the rooms Maintance need be done and we will fixed . We do our pest control every month and we check the room and we found nothing. Thanks again by days inn by Wyhndham

Had roaches

Apologies for inconvenience . Mr Jermaine we changed 2 room but we find nothing or any kind roaches . We do our pest control every month . Also kind of climate we do in fordyce we have all kind bugs fly from outside . So extremely sorry for trouble.
