A lovely weekend away

Upon arrival we were kindly greeted and shown to our room. Very spacious, clean and private.
The hot tub was so relaxing and easy to use, we were in there for hours.
Breakfast very delicious with unlimited tea and coffee and worth the money.
The singing chef kept us entertained.
Also the food in the restaurant is top quality and worth the price.
The pub is out the way of the hustle and bustle but only a 20 min walk from the town fordingbridge.

Very friendly staff. Lovely area. Rooms were separate from the main inn and so wonderful quiet. Highly recommend for a couple's retreat.

Lovely stay with a hot tub
Posted 28 Apr 2024 on HotelsWe had a lovely stay at the three lions. The staff were all amazing and left us a card and some chocolates for our anniversary, which was really sweet.
The hot tub was warm and ready for us when we arrived. The only downside to this was there was no cover or canopy, and it was raining all evening so we didn’t get to enjoy this as much as possible.
The food was amazing, and they have a few games at the pub which made for a fun evening.
Unfortunately there is a light right outside the room that came on at some point during the night and woke me up around 2.30am, and made it very difficult to get back to sleep without a sleep mask.
However, overall it was a very nice night away.

The lights under the covered walk way should be on a timer, I am sorry that this seems to be set at the wrong time and will deal with this straight away. Hope to see you again in the future.
