Great service arrived in later than expected to a room serviced and heater on , I highly recommend this property close to all required shops food and needs . The bathroom is awesome .

This is definitely worth a stay when in Forbes. Chris and team were so accomodating and friendly. Comfortable, quiet and warm rooms with excellent facilities for heating up food. I loved having my breakfast on the patio at the back of our room.

lovely place to stay not much noise around from outside room or from the road
staff had the room ready and air con on so we could just settle in .
club with in 15 mtrs with good food and drinks

Great all round. Just need to get some curtains that are the same width as the window to keep the light out.
