Posted 27 Mar 2022 on HotelsThis was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. Had to wake up at 4am to catch a flight. There was a prostitute coming in and out of an open room, homeless guy (very nice guy) sleeping outside my room on the stairs. I have no idea how this hotel got a good rating. Would never stay here again.

The office for this motel is a bullet proof window and a drawer. People live in this motel and we heard some of them screaming at 3:00a.m.
