"This is a great hotel with a lovely Bistro and a two Michelin star restaurant. We ended up extending our two day stay to four days. We didn’t eat at the Michelin restaurant but did eat at the Bistro which was lovely. Unfortunately the Bistro was either booked out or closed for three of the nights we stayed so I recommend checking in advance if you do not want to drive to restaurants away from the hotel. Staff were exceptional. "

The room was very clean, updated and comfortable. Check-in was so friendly and helpful too. We had breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was also terrific. "A fantastic little find that is tucked away yet accessible to the whole area. If you want peace, tranquility and a place to relax then this is it. The rooms are simple yet tastefully decorated and provide a great place for a good night's sleep. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in a long time with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, tea, coffee, juice yoghurt and muesli. This would make a great base for your cycling adventures."
