A clean room with a view of the march. Happy hours from 4 to 6 with few appetizers and wine. They also have bikes for a stroll around Folly. The bed was way too soft, I sinked in the middle. The linen was clean and they have robes. I had a great stay.

Charming little bed and breakfast. Very friendly staff. Room decor was very cute and bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. Nice bottle of champagne waiting in the room for us for our anniversary. We really enjoyed this bed and breakfast and would recommend for couples!

Staff was amazing-so very helpful! Wonderful home made breakfast and daily happy hour were awesome. Rooms were very tastefully decorated. Will definitely be back!

Great get away for couples!
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsOur stay at Water's Edge Inn at Folly Beach was the best hotel experience I have ever had, with fantastic service. A delicious complimentary homemade breakfast was offered daily between 8am-10am, with food quality surpassing that of some restaurants. The inn was ranked as having the best breakfast in bed in South Carolina and also offered daily free happy hour. Shuttle rides to the beach with umbrellas and beach chairs were provided, and the location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and strip with bars and restaurants. I will definitely return in the future! Rating: 5/5 stars.

Excellent hospitality by the staff. Delicious breakfast, they have happy hour every day with good wines. I love the shower and the bed is so comfortable.

It was very well maintained. For an older property they had all the modern updates where needed but retained the charm of the age of the property. The staff was friendly and engaged. The screened in patio attached to your room was delightful and we spent a lot of time there. Loved the beach transportation with chairs, umbrella and towels. Did not use them there there were bikes to ride.
