Loved the location. As far back on the island as we could get, pretty private room with equally private porch. Bathroom as big as the bedroom, easy walking distance to all the restaurants, Bert's market as well as the pier and beach entrance. They set up a breakfast in the common kitchen area from 8am-11am, coffee available. They also provide beach towels and umbrellas.

If you are a light sleeper, you will likely not be able to sleep because there’s a swooshing noise that comes from their fridge in the room. I booked for 2 nights but I didn’t get any sleep with that loud noise so I asked for a refund for my second night. They charge a no refundable fee that’s deducted from the refund.
Personally think this place is definitely not worth what they charge for. The room I stayed in was tiny tiny. My second night I stayed at a 4 star hotel that was half the price they charge.

This guest will try anything to get money back on a stay! She was booked with us for 2 nights and the morning after the first night began messaging that the blind would not close and there was a swooshing noise. She informed us she would be checking out of the room and I told her I would be happy to totally refund the second night plus extra off the first night. We would rather fill our inn with happy guests anyways! We refunded her 325.00 of 586.00 so as you can tell the above statement is false. Upon entering the room the blinds completely closed and no noise except occasional noise an mini fridge would make!? She did also threaten me with leaving a bad review if we did not give her more money back...as you can tell we didn't give her any more. Please feel free to read all of our wonderful reviews and understand that this guest just looks for free stays!
